The trumpet woke us up at 8 o'clock and we stepped into the rainy wilderness. Because we are sleeping on 595,8 m above the sea level, not all of us are used to this kind of heights, so some of us felt a bit dizzy.
Thanks to Samurai’s God we got some energy from the energizer and the breakfast :)
Afterwards we had some short introduction, rules and useful information. We also picked up the names for the game called “secret friend”. Then there was a team building, which involved: climbing on a mountain wall, with an instructors help; we also had a funny walk on a rope as a one team, a game called “sheep and shepherd” and the last one was a spider net, where we had to jump through.
Mr. Jaka Kranjc explained the project “let’s do it” – an action which is about picking waste in one day. Concerning a new concept to do ecology during the whole world, which is happening this year. Subsequently the camping staff has cooked for us. After lunch there were some crazy people who went swimming in the freeZZZZzzzing crystal clear river. Aksel was even brave enough to do skinny dipping :D He really liked the experience and his comments were: “ this is one of the most coldest places I have swam in my life”. “ Oh, crazy Estonian” said Giovanni and followed him ;) Meanwhile others were having “siesta time”.
The Slovenians prepared their homework about the frog conservation, ecology, biology and risk of frog life. Inspired by this topic, we made paper frogs and then we had a final nice moment with “frog road race”.
Venci and Andrej showed us how to do a shelter for animals – some of us made it from big balloons and rope, the others try it with a axe and wood.
In the evening the Turkish team prepared us delicious traditional dinner, with a cherry on the top – coffee and candies. We continued with typical Turkish dances and music.
xoxo, you know you love me :*
